Zoe is conducting master's thesis research on computational approaches that integrate whole-genome and single-cell transcriptomic data to identify minimal residual disease in Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Outside of the lab, Zoe enjoys scuba diving, finding good food/coffee around Boston, and road trips!
