Rachel is assisting with the B- ALL correlative glycobiology project to better understand how malignant lymphoblasts home to the bone marrow and evade treatment. Hope to identify various cell surface markers, focusing on the upregulation of E- selectin ligands, and characterize their enrichment patterns to isolate interactions responsible for relapse/refractory disease. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys being home for the summer and spending time with family/friends at the beach!
