Ioulia Vogiatzi, PhD

Postdoctoral Research Fellow, January 2025- present

Ioulia earned her PhD from Ghent University, conducting most of her research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Her expertise lies in immunology, immunotherapy, and drug development. Currently, she is studying the impact of bispecific antibody treatments on the immune system of follicular lymphoma (FL) patients, with a particular focus on understanding the mechanisms behind FL resistance and relapse. Her goal is to identify immunological signatures and biomarkers associated with these processes and to develop new treatment strategies that could enhance FL therapy.

Outside of work, Ioulia enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, hiking, and climbing. She also has a passion for crocheting, painting, and has recently began exploring the art and science of natural soap making.
