I will primarily be working with Dr. Patnaik on the CNSLymphoSeq project. The goal of this project is to develop a less invasive way to monitor how patients with central nervous system lymphoma (CNSL) respond to anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy by analyzing cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in cerebrospinal fluid. In the long term, this work could make it possible to identify minimal residual disease and treatment resistance earlier than MRI or biopsy, enabling more personalized therapy for each patient. Outside of the lab, I like baking, drinking bubble tea, and travelling.
