Allison is involved in developing a cell-free DNA (cf-DNA) sequencing assay to assess molecular tumor burden in patients with central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma and to monitor their corresponding immune status. Her work specifically focuses on generating assay outputs related to the clonal dynamics of CNS lymphoma.
